Agreed, I only watched it to see how Newcastle was portrayed. It was pretty badly put together.
And wasn't that the worst Italian accent ever?

Yet the same guy wrote "Our Friends in the North" which was a great series.

To be honest, it's been a while since I saw this montrosity. I don't have any intention of ever watching it again though.. I occasionally have flashbacks of the horrors of it all.
it should be in the top 10 worst films of all time.
