The scene with Daphne at the window is NOT a continuity error

So... I've watched it again recently. I don't think it's an error at all, because how do we know she's in her room? It could simply be she was walking in the hallway or something and looked out the window to see that her dad was going to work. I don't see how that's an error, but whatev. Just think someone should fix it.
