Boringest Movie Ever

Seriously, it was, after I heard it was so great, This is the boringest movie i've ever seen, ever. I went to film school, and they show some boring stuff there, but wow, just wow.

I understand where you're coming from. But I felt the opposite.

I found the movie way too intriguing to get bored at any point. I didn't understand the story fully (who did), but the overall themes and imagery got me hooked.

I kept staring at the screen and the movie gave me a weird, refreshing feeling inside. In my books, that's a good thing.

I agree, Matt. We actually watched this in my film class, and it was the last one we saw out of a series of 12. It was also the only film we saw during which I looked around and like 15 people (myself included) were texting on their cell phones or reading books. BORING!!

Very boring. I couldn't even finish watching it; my dad fell asleep during it.

boringest movie ever...
somehow I fail to see how that could possibly be true. How about the three hour long TV made movies about the Elizabethan period?

reply

Those are bad, but I have a history degree also, so I usually find those movies somewhat interesting.

reply

Well I agree that there were some slow parts...but the scary parts were, IMO, incredibly frightening! I loved the tension building when that ghost was walking over to the guy in the forbidden room. And I got chills when that ghost was dancing in the arcade.
There were some parts that dragged, I'll admit, but it certainly wasn't the "boringest" movie ever.

Given that you can't spell, I'm presuming the movie went right over your head.

Oh so if you can't spell you must not be smart right, lol.

Quite the review. I'm glad those years spent at film school did not go to waste. Perhaps this movie could be improved by having Freddy Kruger pop out of a computer screen and carve up an unsuspecting teenager.

reply

It definitely would have helped. Also random people who frighten other people by suddenly knocking on their car windows or flashing through the front of the camera could have prevented people from texting while watching it.

reply

Not _ever_, but it's in the top 5.
