why did the friend drive away at the end even though jackie told her to stay? I didn't understand that part...

she didn't drive away, I think the old people got to her first

The old people got her. Her body was in one of the bin bags that Jacqui finds. the obviously hid the car in that garage place.

Pretty spry. I guess that pink stuff really works.

The took out a young woman AND hid her car without anyone seeing or hearing. Movie magic. :)
