I downloaded PTU and it was dubbed in Spanish. I can't find any other copies online, and I don't think there is a region 1 DVD for it.
But I found BREAKING NEWS on DVD and thought it was great. My favorite To film is EXILED, which I had the immense pleasure of seeing in the theater.
