Is this thing ever going to get released?

It screened at the Cannes markets a couple of years ago and still no firm release date. Considering all the hype when it was in production and the surprisingly large cheque Visnjic got for it, it seems to be spending way too long on the shelf. Same thing with the pretty good Paul Bettany film The Reckoning, which I saw nearly three years ago at MIFED.
