What accent does lulu have?????

My sister and i were watching it today and we couldn't figure out what accent lulu (brown ballerina teddy) has. My sister seemed to think it was french. I though more jamaican or something. Does anyone know??

I have no idea. But I don't think it is meant to be French...

I think it's supposed to be French. I think she says "Voila" in one episode, though my memory could be off.

And yet, sadly, accidental rudeness occurs alarmingly often...

I think it is French as well, she says "dance" like "dahnce"
