Without a doubt; The Worst Movie Ever Made!

Come on this movie is utter crap! Well I hated it anyway! I walked out on it when I saw it in the cinema!

How an earth did anybody survive the first five minutes of this crappy film?

The story was all messed up! THe ending was a complete joke. All the acting was poor.

Overall a disappointing movie.

They certainly don't come much worse than Deathwatch.

I'd have to disagree with you there Bridget99 (99 - you are very precocious for an 8 year old) I watched the first 40 minutes of Alexander yesterday morning and i can asssure that no film, let alone Deathwatch, could be worse than that.

Alexander is so bad i only watched the first 40 minutes (until the somewhat ignorant, unsubstantiated, poorly researched and slightly racist depictions of the Persian army) and yet somehow i managed to spend an hour ranting to my girlfriend about how bad it was. A film so bad it steals time out of your life even when you're *not* watching it! It's doing it again! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

i completely disagree.
If you only watch the first five minutes of a film, you are in no way giving it a chance and therefore do not have a valid opinion if you ask me.
The story wasn't messed up, it was clever and left the audience with something to think about : some people like this, some people yearn for reassurance and need the film to tell them what to think.
The acting wasn't poor, i think there were some good performances and yes, perhpas the script wasn't quite hitting the spot which is probably where you are getting your 'bad acting' views from.
You last statement amuses me greatly, you can't of seen many films if you think they don't come worse than that, because trust me, they do. A lot, lot worse.

"They certainly don't come much worse than Deathwatch."

Obviously you've never seen a Uwe Boll movie; Deathwatch is bad, but it's still better than anything Boll has made.

Your opinion, fair enough. I liked it, but the only part that really annoyed me was the Bradford/Shakespeare standoff, where Charlie says, "Bradford, please just fight it!" I was all like, uh, dude, he already said he couldn't fight it, maybe you should listen to him.

Unbelievably, I first thought that this movie’s title was “Jacob’s Ladder” (Hey, I now know I’m wrong) and due to my inexcusable lacked of research, I even posted in that film’s thread asking if a scene in this movie (the barbed wired tree) is anywhere in that flick.

I don’t know why, given that this film was recently shown (2002) but the title escapes me, and there where memorable scenes there that – let us just say “image imbedding.”

While no where near like a “Jacob’s Ladder,” I will not say that I was not intrigued, I might even say, I was captivated at some point. But lame, boring, weak or any of such tags is well, maybe a little too mediocre of a remark (for some at least).

I actually thought Deathwatch was pretty good. I admit, it's not a masterpiece, but it's actually good for what it is. Fair do's if it's not your thing, but I don't think it's terrible.
I can assure you, there are much worse films out there. If you want terrible horror, try 'Campfire Stories'. There wasn't much to that, let me tell you. I sat through it, but I was quite relieved when it finished.

I love this movie! Though the history buff within me cringes at some of the mistakes, the horror fan part loves it.

If you want the worst movie ever made, try The Green River Killer.

Love always,

I think its a good film, made me think and thats what i like.

Ah 'Children Of The Living Dead' is genius, it's so bad it's good. For a truly shockingly bad film try 'Isolation'.

Just awful.

Bridget99, without a doubt; you haven't watched enough films.

Hovis!
