Roma Downey as a blonde?

Saw this movie on the library shelf and checked it out. Did not recognize Roma on the cover, blonde hair? She looks so different, it was not an attractive color on her. Never watched Touched by an Angel, but this movie was made when it was still airing. Did she have the blonde hair in that show or could she have died her hair just for the movie? It's strange watching her act as a blonde, she even lightened her eyebrows. Bad color choice.
