My favorite part is when he's convincing his brothers to join & form a soccer team and the other one when they all practice soccer.

I still don't fully understand how this movie manages, After 20 viewings it still makes me laugh.
Shaolin Soccer is also the only movie which comes close to what a real Dragonball Z movie should be like
Without a doubt, the part where they all recovered their 'forgotten' abilities... it shivers my spine... if there is such an expression...
actually, if you noticed, SC's movies has alot of loser/weakling-with-deep-hidden-talent themes... cos SC's own background was very very poor and he just started off as a 'kare-lare-fare', referring to stand-in extras without any dialogues, in Cantonese slang...

The way that he moves when he sings this utter nonsense always has my cousin and myself in fits of laughter, we sometimes throw on a surreal movie if we are drunk or stoned and this one is a favourite. This, The Drunken Master or Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas are guaranteed to have us on the floor.

When Mui was on the pitch near the end, balanced the ball on her finger & whacked the s*** out of it to spin it - the look on her face was gorgeous.
