Can anybody figure out what the braille on Skarsgaard's character's i.d. tags means? I've tried to translate it briefly, but i've just got gibberish so far.

Maybe we're not supposed to know it, that it's something very personal between him and his mom. But the braille dogtag served another important purpose in the plot, it made the viewers (who didn't get it by seeing his mom staring out in the air) realize she was blind. Remember Skarsgård earlier told Owen that he became a photographer because of his mom, and that's quite heartbreaking and touching, at the end when you realize he became a photographer - inspired by his mom who can't see.
