Anyone knows what's the song name at the beginning of the movie, when El Mariachi plays his electric guitar and kill all of Marquez's men?

No, it's before. It's the first time that we see at El Mariachi in the movie and he fights against Marquez and his henchmen. El plays a song with his guitar before he starts shooting... and when El starts to shoot the song continue.
I think that the song it's from Chingon, but I don't know the song's name.

The one by Chingon is Malaguena Salerosa. The one he plays is Malaguena by Brian Setzer. Yeah, the guy from the Stray Cats and redid Jump, Jive, and Wail in the late 90's. It's the last song on an album called Ignition from his three piece side band, '68 Comeback Special. That album is full of some good rockabilly stuff, but ends with that little number which is maybe half of it in the movie. All instrumental, all cool.

No problem. My dad was playing that album a while back when traveling and it got to that song and I thought it was awesome. I thought of a shootout in a Tarantino movie or something, but I guess I wasn't far off if that thought. haha.
