Dog brutally killed?
A friend of mine told me a dog gets killed in this. I wanna know if that's true or not because, frankly I don't need to see that sh!t. Rodriguez kills dogs in his movies a lot it seems.

shareUm, no. When has he killed dogs?
So fake killing people is ok, but fake killing a dog is not? Weird.
It's all part of the plan.
Haha, don't act all offended...a dog was killed in Planet Terror and I heard something about a dog in El Mariachi. I was somewhat exaggerating but ok. Yeah, if a person is killed on screen I could care less but animals are harmless creatures, so I dislike that material. So no dogs were killed in this? I'll still watch it regardless, it's just a touchy thing for me, sorry.
shareNo, no dogs die in this or any of his other movies. Except for Planet Terror I guess. But that movie was just an excuse to cause as much violence, shock, and gore as possible.
I'd hardly call animals harmless. Not evil, certainly. But definitely not harmless.
It's all part of the plan.
Hmm, well thanks for your response. Must appreciated.
shareYeah, if a person is killed on screen I could care less but animals are harmless creatures, so I dislike that material.I think what you mean to say is that you *couldn't* care less, no?
I'm with you blu-wu,
Although I know it's "only a movie", seeing a violent act involving an animal bothers me much more than a person-
Weird-yes??
I wouldn't have thought a dog actually dies at all. It would have being a very well trained dog and special fx.

The dog got off easy in Planet Terror.. there is no way he would have survived what was going down at that base! Plus that dog was on the verge of a major heart attack on a good day! LOL!
shareThere is a scene on the "Making Of" on I think the "Desperado" DVD, where they show a scene being shot with Willem Dafoe screaming "No dogs!" and then firing a round of his gun off, but the scene was deleted, and I think he was trying to scare the dog, if anything.
But no dogs were killed in this film.

You may want to avoid "Jaws", also "Resident Evil".

Grow up, asswipe. So what if a dog gets killed, it's just a stupid dog.
