Best musical ever!!
I have watched my DVD over and over again! This is one of the best shows ever made. Broadway has nothing on Cocciante/Plamondon!
I agree! I've watched mine many, many times, too. I even paid my son (about 15 at the time) $5 to watch it with me, and another $5 to KEEP watching it to the end, and won him over. He ended up watching it several times. I used to put it on for my granddaughter when she was a toddler.

The best musical ever is a toss up between THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and LES MISERABLES.
NOTRE DAME has a long way to go before it can approach anywhere near the perfection of those two.
I recently watched the movie also, and it's now become number 3 on my personal Top 10 list of Favorite Musicals!

I love Phantom of the Opera as much as the next "Phan" but... Notre Dame de Paris is exquisite. I have to say, what makes Notre Dame so moving is the performances - each person stands out for me in some way, and their voices are so powerful. Plus the music is just so beautiful. I love it
(And I highly reccomend that you download/buy Garou's albums because they too are amazing).
