...if this video contains all the songs that were in the London production at the Dominion Theatre (although obviously in their French versions)?

I bought the English translation album a few years ago, and then when I went to London soon after that, took the opportunity to see it at the Dominion. I bought the French CD hoping it might have some of the songs on it that I loved from the show but missed on the English CD - primarily Florence, the Court of Miracles, and Shining Like the Sun.

Well, it had Florence & Cour des Miracles, but no Shining Like the Sun, one of my favourite songs from the live show... and I have no way of finding out if that's even in the French version of the show, and which of the songs from the Dominion run were new for the English translation, or if there are songs that were cut from the original, or what...

I'm pretty sure that "Shining Like The Sun" is "Beau Comme Le Soleil" in the French version, which should be on the CD.

There are two french CD-versions... I myself own only the single disc edition, but there is a version intégrale with two discs - all songs should be on there... and I just checked at french Amazon, yes, "Beau comme le soleil" is on disc one of the two disc edition. :)

Well, actually, I've found a way to record the songs on my DVD...so...

I know! Bruno was amazing. Garou has a very sexy voice, but Bruno took my breath away.

yay for bruno! we watched it at french camp and it was awesome! i would love to see it live. and is it just me, or does he bear a striking resembalnce to heath ledger in 10 things i hate about you ?

i nearly cried, i was like 'it's heath re-incarnated! except he speaks french.'

Okay, this is random too, but doesn't anybody else love Daniel? I mean I realize he's a bit old and they gave him crazy eyebrows so he could be seen hundreds of seats way, but seriously the man is amazing! I've never liked a villian so well,(well except Alan Rickman in die hard, but that goes without saying doesn't it?) I'm always so annoyed with her for choosing that Jerk Phoebus, Frollo wasn't always crazy and if he looked and sang like Daniel...
Your right though, Bruno is dead sexy. Can't wait to see him as Dracula in entre l'mour et la mort!

I bought both the single and the double CD on eBay a few years ago; I didn't realize there was a double CD version until later. I also bought the DVD on Ebay for $35 at about the same time; it has French or English subtitles if you wish to turn them on. It helped to follow the story. Later, I could watch without the subtitles and know what was going on even though I couldn't follow most of the French. (Following along did give me some French pronunciation tips, though, in what little French I know.) I also have an English CD, but the language just isn't as pretty!
