Worst part of the movie

By far... is the flashback to when they met Duddits. The acting was extremely lame. It reminded me of middle schoolers trying to re enact a shakespeare play and doing it horribly. The kid with the glasses was the absolute worst. Him picking up the rocks and saying 'Yes...YES!' and then singing to Duddits was so awkwardly amazingly bad. Duddits randomly singing Scooby-Doo. But you know what, I loved it!

Worst part? THE WHOLE FLICK. Everything was bad. Acting, directing, alien design, plot turns, character development, depiction of the mentally handicapped, it was all garbage.

This film ALMOST works as a comedy though, which says a lot about how bad this truly is...

How about you actually considering READING the book! Just because a film adaptation is bad DOESN'T mean the story from the novel it was adapted from was also bad!

Who cares about the book? this is Internet Movie Data Base, did you know that?
