LuLu's Stalker

So who was Lulu's stalker? Did we actually find out? Was it Nick?

I just watched this and was wandering the same thing. Had to be someone in that office. Not sure it was nick, but was definitly creepy at the end of that episode.

I WAS WONDERING THIS TOO!

This series had way too many loose ends - characters disappearing and then reappearing. But the stalker thing bothers me the most, they should have resolved it in that episode instead of leaving it hanging.

I noticied in the beginning of the episode Alvin was admiring a pen that seemed like the one Lulu accused him of taking. Was Alvin the stalker? Or maybe it was her ex-husband so she would miss him while he was out of town.

The show seemed to lean toward that guy she was representing who was 28 and his parents used some $18,000 he'd earned toward a down payment on their home when he was a minor but it never materialized. I mean he knew everything else about her so what's a little breaking and entering?

However, then there's the fact that later on her father managed to get into her place. Could've been him but I doubt it because it seems that he didn't know she existed until after the accident that nearly killed her when Barbara (I think that was her name; I really liked her but they dropped her from the line up of actors) was going to get married and LuLu had booked the B&B for her and Nic after the wedding but it never happened. Remember her dad said he didn't know she was even married before he learned she was divorced.

Was it just me or did she seem a bit pissy acting with regards to giving the baby Nic's last name? I mean if nothing else should could have at least hyphenated it. Geez, he IS the father of the baby supposedly but then again the players all seemed to be having a contest of sexual conquests. The only one that really annoyed me was the one where that Sauls women in the end starts seeing Burton in an attempt to sway him to make her a partner. That just ticked me off b/c it was a slap in the face to all women out there trying to break into and remain within the many various careers still dominated primarily by men.

As bad as I hate to say it, my money is on ALVIN. The pen thing stood out. She had just been bytching about someone steeling her pen and the next thing we see is Alvin admiring the pen.

I'm watching this on Netflix and that's the only thing that bothers me about this show. All the loose ends like Lulu's stalker, the boy that was in a coma who risked his life trying to save Nick, and all the other characters that seemed to pop in and out without explanation. Barbara and Mary and her daughter kept popping in and out for no apparent reason.
I think it would've been a stronger show if the plotlines had been played out to completion. They could've strung the stalker plot along for an entire season.

It was probably the gay kid. He was intense. Nick was just watching out for Lulu, so was at her house watching over her.

As frustrating as it is, I don't think we were meant to know. I think in the real world, a lot of these types of things go unanswered.

Others in this thread feel that there were too many "loose ends", with no follow-up on many characters. But I think that is realistic in the foster system. These guys have a huge caseload, and I can't imagine that they keep up with hardly any of their former charges.

None of them have a lot of free time to track down former clients or stay current with their situations. Even if Nick had the time, it's not really in his personality to get involved, anyway. He didn't even want to go to that one kid's graduation, it was unlikely he'd visit with him regularly once he was shot.

I support, defend and always employ the Oxford comma.
