Banned Episode

Hi...

Recently, I heard that there was a banned or restricted episode of "Ghost Stories". I believe it to be the episode about a Kuchisake-onna (a woman with a surgical mask that's asks if she is beautiful... she kills you if you answer incorecctly...here is a link ...http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuchisake-onna ). Anyway, An episode of Ghost Stories featuring the character was initially scheduled to air on November 5, 2000, but the episode was discontinued when many people complained to Fuji TV because they thought the facial feature looked like cleft palate. My question is... is this episode on any of the DVD volumes available for sell. OR how can I see this episode?
