Man, it's REALLY hard for me to pick just one, but here's a favorite of mine.

(After the toilets in the new school have exploded, any staff or students who need to use the bathroom have to go to the old haunted school house. Satsuki's teacher goes there.)

TEACHER: Too much coffie...I shoulda just pissed in the sink in the teacher's lounge, no one woulda known...or maybe in Mrs. Hadley's thermus.

Well so far my biggest laugh came when Satsuki's little brother lets out the cat and she asks him if he's retarded. Then he does he baby talk thing and she mimics him. It's just so opposite of what a normal brother and sister would do in one of these shows.

When the christian girl says she doesn't think Al Sharpton is a real reverend.

The "moral of the story" bit at the end of the Shirotabi episode was funny, and the whole Da Vinci episode is hilarious. Esp when he's painting Momoko... "Purple, for her hair. Can't tell this is a goddamned anime."
