Family scene in 8x01

I felt actually pretty horrible watching Jack walking Kim to the car, holding his granddaughter. The soundtrack to it is heartbreaking and I couldn´t help but felt heartbroken because I simply *knew* this was never going to last and those past two years Jack spent in peace with his family were the only years he was allowed to be happy.
It was such a beautiful scene, one of my favourites in 24 but the way they made it was so touching and heartbreaking at the same time. The moment camera switches to the guy in the car, watching Jack, you knoe this is it and that he is allowed only this.
Well done, even though it was actually very sad...
