Here's another option:

TheMovieDB.org (TMDb) has reopened its forums for
all shows, movies, and people in its database.

Here's their page for 24:

and here's their board for this show:

The General section of that board is currently empty
because no one has posted there yet.

That board is currently empty, as are many other boards on TMDb
at this time.  If many more people join, eventually the content will grow.

There is already some increasing activity on many other TMDb boards.
