Does anybody know the name of the song that plays at the end of the movie, when the camera is zooming around the sailboat? Or what band it is?

The song is NOT on the soundtrack cd by Michael Andrews.

I found it out - it's "Cypher Main Theme" by Michael Andrews feat. Inara George. For some reason it's not on the soundtrack cd.

Where to get the soundtrack cd? What's the cd 's title?

IIRC, the first Canadian DVD release came with the soundtrack. I've been unable to track it down in the states in retail. I haven't seen any copies of the DVD on eBay that contain the soundtrack CD either.
