No one really wants to post about this movie? Not even about the fact that 2 Playboy Playmates were in it? No remake comparisons? I thought it was good, most of it appears to be in sepia which is a bit different even for a b grade movie.

I'm about halfway through it, and I like it. I don't like the rape scenes, but I know that it was part of the way things went in those days.
Update: just finished it. It's not that bad... but it could be way better.

So very true, I haven't seen the original though, so I'm not going to say much more about this remake, a bigger budget would've probably done better, uually can be the key to a good movie.

I haven't seen the original either... didn't it come out in the late '70's? I wasn't born then, so I kinda can't see it, if you get my joke. But if you want, we can go back and forth between each other, listing our favorite parts, our least favorite parts, etc.

thought you said you didn't see the original, but neither have I, so the choice is obvious..

...it's been a while since I've seen this again, so I'm going to watch it for a refresher.

i haven't seen the original, i'm just saying that i found someone on the original movie board who was the only one who actually commented on it. I'll just let you have your refresher and then we'll discuss it.

A movie with gorgeous women can't be bad.
Now, if you expect a good story, great dialogs......

It's bad. Why don guys watch movies featuring former Playboy models? To see them naked of course, and there was nowhere near enough of that in this movie. And the story was so bad, and the rest of it was so bad, that seeing Karen and Lisa naked more often is the only thing that could have made it palatable.
