When the man says "bitch on the pension, suck my dong" with the chinese whisper thing during the chain reaction scene, does it literally mean he wants a retired woman to 'suck his dong' or is there another meaning behind it?

I agree this line was hilarious.
I remember back in elementary school we had to play this game where we pass the message across the room like they did in this scene and it would always change a little.
