Pre-Show

I recently found my tape of the Pre-Show and I think it is almost as good as the show itself. Joan Rivers (who can be annoying) gave air time to many of the greats who were there (Shelley Winters, Ernest Borgnine, Mercedes McCambridge, Rod Steiger, Julie Christie). The network shows (I went back and forth) seemed to spend more time with the stars of 'tommorow' (David Spade, Claudia Schiffer, Jenny McCarthy, Tara Lipinski). The Pre-show is a great compliment to my tape of the awards.
