How can anyone not love him and how adorable he is? He was about 90% of the reason I watched Street Smarts. Anyone else agree?

AGREED! He is soooo HOT! Not only is this show hilarious but Frank is INCREDIBLY SEXY! I wish he was in more.
shareNo, he is not equal to God. If he were, his show would still be on the air, and would be on forever. Sadly, this is not the case. Not enough people believe in Frank for him to be a God.
