Season Six DOA question

This episode drove me nuts until I went over it a few times. One of the characters was called Jerry but he seems to have changed to 'Jonathan' by the end of the episode, playing an important role in the episode's conclusion (without wanting to SPOIL), but it's not made clear who 'Jonathan' is as the name is only introduced about 37 mins into the episode, and there are two accomplices ('Jerry' and Danny Baker, aka Will, aka Luke) in the robbery they were involved in with Emma (aka Carol) nine years before Emma ran away without telling her father, Sean ... Actually, looking at this again, Emma gives Jerry/Jonathan a significant look at the end when he's been arrested along with Will, and he looks down guiltily, whereas Will doesn't seem to know or care much, so I guess Jonathan has to be Jerry ... Maybe I solved it!(?)
