Am I the only one who noticed....

that the animation seemed to change over the years the show was on??

Like the early ones looked.....just plain older. The colors didn't seem as vibrant. Overall dull looking i guess.

The later ones appeared brighter, more colorful.

Just thought I'd throw that out there to see other people's opinions.

I did as well. Beastly most of all. I was watching some old episodes recently, and in the oldest ones he is a dirty grey color, in the middle ones he is a dirty dark brown-grey color, and then in the newer of the old series, he is a dirty dark grey.

The very first season of Care Bears was a syndicated run that contained episodes animated by Dic Enterprises.

The Saturday Morning version that became Care Bears Family was produced by Nelvana whom also animated the movies.
