Request it to the Warner Archive

For those unaware the Warner Archive collection has been doing great justice bringing our beloved HB shows to dvd where they should be. WHV has a much slower space but the WA will be bringing us as much as they can faster.

They have a facebook page (Warner Archive Collection) which they answer fans often. Go there and request the Biskitts for a release. If they see plenty of people requesting it, they may move it further up the order to get done

The WA plans to give the fans as much of the HB library as they have (and maybe one day beyond), but the fans of the individual series, need to speak up to get their faves to get moved up the ranks for what comes next.
