I thought this recurring joke of people getting Tom Sizemore and Michael Madsen mixed up was hilarious because I do the same thing. If you look at both of them at the same time, they don't even look that similar. Maybe it's because they always play a similar character. Does anyone else get them mixed up sometimes?

That was the only funny thing in this movie, I laughed hard at that joke.
sharei always got busey and nolte mixed up. sizemore and madsen i've been okay with, probably because i had seen so many sizemore films before i saw any of madsen's. when i was younger i used to get pacino and deniro mixed up (that whole mafia atmosphere about them), and patrick swayze and kurt russel, as well, but those last pair are just when i was younger.

shareI actually came here just to post this very same thread. I thought that it was the funniest joke in the whole movie. I think it was more true when they were younger and less known. It's less noticeable now that Tom Sizemore is fat. I brought it up to my sixteen year old brother in law and he didn't get it. I think he is too young to have seen their earlier work.

When I was little, it was Brad Pitt and Val Kilmer. And this is gonna sound strange, but Bill Murray and Phil Collins. I don't know why I used to get these two mixed up, maybe it's because they both have huge foreheads, I don't know. And also, Billy Crystal and Adam Ant.
