Twin Towers - What were the Filming Dates of this movie?

I am curious what were the filming dates because I noticed the Twin Towers are in the background.

I see it was shown at the Sundance film festival in Jan 2002 and released to TV in October 2002

So was this filmed right before 9/11?
Did 9/11 take place during the filming?

I believe that it was filmed in the first half of 2001 due to Mariah talking about playing Raychel in interviews while promoting Glitter shortly before her breakdown. So, she was filming a movie, in post production of another movie, recording and producing a soundtrack, and promoting Glitter such as giving nonstop interviews, filming TV documentaries, and filming music videos for the Glitter soundtrack all in the days prior to her breakdown.
