What is your problem man...
Swingers are either people who swap partners, or people who are dancing.
The title is completely relevant. Who ever thinks "titles" like this are copyrighted is crazy. Or a twat for that matter.

BTW. He was not only 'thinking' on taking that title.. he DID take that title and made a pretty good film. That's more than you can say, I'm sure...
