Did I see this being filmed?

Help me out here.

I was on holiday in Prague, for a friends wedding and as we walked around I came across a scene very much like this. https://www.flickr.com/photos/56469968@N07/14297826809/

I always wondered what the film was, and have just watched this film, from which that grab was taken. Am I right that this is Prague? I can't work out which building it is. Or is this just very similar to what I saw but actually somewhere else completely.

To know for sure would put to rest a long term (albeit very minor) quest of mine, to put a name to the film.
