From the few episodes I've seen (on either YouTube or CITV a few years ago) I didn't mind it too much.
I wouldn't mind watching a few more episodes from the series however, when I emailed ITV they told me that they no longer have the rights to it.
Hopefully, someone might put a few more on YouTube in the future.
I was 11 when series 8 first aired and even then, I felt it was unnecessary. The show had a near-perfect ending in series 7 (you know, besides the fact that it set-up series 8) and having the show go on after that just felt desperate. I especially didn't like how they had Brian and Sophie's memories wiped and how the new kids were essentially identical to the originals. It was just a lazy way of keeping the show alive and its obvious why we never saw another season after that. I did watch it the whole way through but even back then, I noticed the drop in quality.
