Event at Universal Studios for this film

I was at Universal Studios April 3, 2007, and passed by the theater complex.
Some kind of event was just ending (beginning?).
I saw the sign which appeared to say, "Mother Ghost."
Since this movie is dated "2002", according to IMDb, then was this event publicizing the release of its DVD? Was this event publicizing a theatrical release?

I don't know.

I am hoping someone can post a little something extra.
