I know this is off-topic, but...

I thought this might be the place to ask about another quirky movie set in a cafe in which a fish plays a part. In the case of my mystery movie, it's a mounted specimen, perhaps a trout. As I recall, a waitress hears it speak, generally commenting about customers. I know there's such a movie because, once upon a time, someone else asked about it on Q/A site.

Forgive me for being OT, but this did seem a good place to ask about it.
