Lovely Surprise

They not only don't make many films like this anymore, but when they do, they pass unnoticed.

Fortunately, the independent film industry spurred on by cheap technology nowadays makes it quite possible to make them. And of course the online venues like Vimeo make it possible to disseminate them.

I don't watch a lot of movies anymore - I'm in my late 50s, I'm very busy, and frankly I've seen my fill over the years, and there's not really much that's new.

But every now and then, a film catches my interest. This was one.

Wouldn't have ever seen it but happened to have THIS network playing, and caught it quite by accident.

Glad I did.
