Oh indeed. When Tidus suggested that she hook up with Wakka Lulu did everything but laugh in his face. That totally suggests that Lulu had feelings for Wakka. Oh, and let's not forget that Wakka shows no romantic interest in Lulu at all during any point in FFX. The evidence of their blossoming relationship is astounding!!

I remember the first time I played FFX-2 and finding out that Lulu and Wakka were together and I was like "WTF?" I couldn't think of a more unlikely pairing. Yeah, Lulu and Wakka had been through a lot together, but even in FFX, they had stated they were like Yuna's brother and sister, so that suggests that they only had a sibling-like affection for each other.
