Who are the singers?

I love the singers (the male and female voices that harmonize most of the songs) and my local radio station also uses singers like them when announcing the station's name and it always reminds me of this sing along video. So who are the singers with these lovely voices? Also, what genre or style of singing is it considered? Not Barbershop quartet?
