Ryan Merriman!

Ryan Merriman gave a very convincing performance as a very troubled violent teen. He captured the multi-layers of this role well. You were all set to completely hate him, but then you see him crying and holding the cat that he struck during his rages, saying he's sorry over and over.

Not that anything excuses behavior like that, I'm not saying that. It was just a shame that things had to escalate to the point that they did, before they got help.

Great performances by all! Look for Asia Vieria (Delia: Omen Awakening) in a small role.

oh my god i know right..i wanted to give him a hug and say "its okay" lol..ryan merriman is soo hot and he did a great job. UgH i hate that girl who lead him on!

yeah she just escalated his behavior .... but yeah Ryan gave a great performance...I really disliked his dad for some reason, especially the way he talked to his ex-wife....

The dad was verbally abusive to his ex-wife, he was the cause and the reason for Jack's behavior. Instead of trying to really acknowledge his son's behavior, he just either blamed his ex-wife as usual and/or brushed it off and made lame excuses for him. Jack even said it himself towards the end. I didn't like him at all.
