Plausibility check-e underwater tank film shoot scene(spoilers)

OK what happened was Judd was filming this scene of his movie with this underwater tank with this woman swimming around.Then something happens and an electrical light goes off of the hook it's hanging on and lands in the water and electrocutes the woman in it.Then when one of the crew gets her out of the water they do mouth to mouth and she springs back to life.Now first of all how can she spring back to life like that after being electrocuted in water by mouth to mouth.I mean she did get drowned when that light that fell in the water and the power of the electricity kept her underneath.Now if she would'nt of got electrocuted I can see the mouth to mouth springing her back but it still did even after she's electrocuted.Makes no sense.

That's not how they revive someone at the ER is it?I thought that those things you rub together to heat up and they push a surge of adrenaline through the chest where the heart is to start it again?They used the other methods you're talking about,but has anyone ever tried them on anyone or at the ER and it worked in real life?You know how movies exaggerate reality sometimes.
