Questions on the Ending (SPOILER WARNING)

Regarding the ending where Daniels is giving a lecture to FBI students:

1. He said she was known to have killed 8 people. Who were the 8? He didn't know about Bateman or Bateman's imposter because she only told Starkman who has been killed before he told anyone. I counted 7 with Gerty, her three competitors, Starkman, the Janitor and the night watchman. They wouldn't have known about the real Rachael. So who was the 8th one?

2. What happened to the real Elizabeth Macguire? Do we assume that Rachael later killed her and hid the body somewhere and took her place? Probably this was assumed off camera action.

3. Daniels saw Rachael's real parents but didn't know her name but why weren't the police notified to try to find the parents? For all Daniels' knew they were her parents.

1. I've always assumed that the 8th person was 'Rachael' herself, who everyone believes killed herself when she crashed the car into the river.

2. Yeah, persumably 'Rachael' killed Elizabeth and took her place. Further question: if Elizabeth has family and/or close friends who would notice the switch, did 'Rachael' have to kill them too?

3. Daniels assumed they were 'Rachael''s parents, but later would have been told by the police that Rachael (ie: the real Rachael) was an orphan and therefore would conclude he was mistaken. The authorities may have subsequently attempted to trace the two people who were seen dining with her, but with nothing to link 'Rachael''s family to the real Rachael, the chances of finding them would be slim.

Did "Rachel" kill Gerty? Brian was also angry with her. He tells "Rachel" that "that problem has been taken care of". I assumed he committed that murder.
