This rumor has been going around for years. While I'd like to see another film (especially one with Kunis), it is very unlikely to happen. It seems the plan was to make several movies but that evidently was dropped.
thats crazy i just barely finished watching the american psycho part 2 and it has its flaws but overall it was ok and i was hoping that they would at least keep the same girl.

If they ever do make a 3rd one she won't be in it. And not because she's too famous, but because she's said she regrets ever making the 2nd one and therefor turned down the offer for a 3rd.
