This is, along with Urban legends, are honestly the only movies I can think of where the main killer, slasher,psycho, evil person etc is female, and that is in any genre, slasher, horror, black comedy, etc.
Do you know of other movies that have a similar theme of a female serial killer like this one but you would say are actually really good movies?
What about Monster (2003)? NEver heard of it?

This sounds like a troll style answer but what I mean is, movie XXXX has a twist ending and it ends up being the female that was the serial killer all along.
