Is the 740 a Guards edition in 'Ambush'?

Just wondering if they used the bulletproof 740 version, I have no idea how many were ever sold in the US or worldwide. Also not sure if it can protect against all the machine guns that supposedly shot at the car in the staged stunt scenes
