Help with title to Cgi animated short with robot insects

Hi I remember in the early 90s watching night flight. I was really into cgi animated things pre toy story. I believe it was in night flight. It was an animated short where there were cgi robotic roaches or insects attacking a city and a kid was fighting them in a super hero style suit with a cape. Anyone know what this was called? I also saw it other places than night flight. Looking for a YouTube link. Thanks.
