Doesn't mean anything. I'm almost a Jr. and I was named after my uncle. We have the first name and last name, but we have different middle names. Otherwise, I'd be a Jr.

It would've made much more sense if the James Bond Jr. was 007's illegitimate son (and considering how Bond Sr. loves to get women in bed w/ him, it isn't that far of a stretch), but of course, since this is a kids cartoon, we can't have any of that.

They just call him Jr. because he's the youngest James in the family.
