Was there an episode where...

a villian stole a head from mount rushmore (or a similar monument) and used it to make a giant monster/robot? I recall a scene where a giant stone head was pulled into a mountain and then lowered into lava or something which caused it to grow a body. I asked about this on another imdb message board and another user thought it might be from James Bond Jr. I can recall having ever seen this show. Do any of you big fans of the show remember any scenes that sound like what I decribed?
