I don't understand it myself, it's not like this cartoon was actually a Viacom production. Possibly stupider is how they left up Pt. 2 & 3 of the episode.

stuff like this always makes me so mad, companies will not let a place like youtube show this stuff yet the company will not release the show in anyway so that they can possibly make money from it! makes no sense! at all.

well the clip was probably bringing some measure of enjoyment to people's lives, and the Viacom corporation can't have that. Oh no.
