Located movie on VCD

I order this movie from website overseas for $15.98 total on 06/22/05 and just received it today, 07/06/05. It comes in two disc format. It's a VCD which is similar to the DVD. Most DVD player are able to play VCD (Video CD). I had my doubts about ordering at first, but you can pay using PAYPAL. The website is
